How far ahead should I place an order?  Even though your cookies are not made until 1-2 days before your event, please place your order early!  Some weeks are busier than others, especially around the holidays.  We encourage a 2-week lead time to place your order, but please feel free to call if your event is less than 2 weeks and we will do our best to make those last minute celebrations more memorable!

Are your cookies safe for people with nut allergies? Yes!  We are happy to offer a product that is safe for people with peanut or tree nut allergies!

Do you make custom cookies?  Absolutely!  Cutest Cookies is happy to design custom cookies for any and all events.  Please contact us directly to discuss your ideas.  Note:  Additional charges apply to custom designs.

Do you have stock cookies or are all of them customized?  All our cookies are made to order according to the customer's specifications.   You choose the color, shape, design, optional text, or simply give us a picture/sample to replicate, and we create the precise cookie for you..

How long do your cookies remain fresh? Our cookies remain fresh and tasty for 1 month as long as they're stored at room temperature either in their original packaging or in an airtight container.

Do you have a minimum order for party favors?  Yes, the minimum order is 1 dozen because we bake all of our cookies to order, then individually mix each icing color and hand-decorate each cookie.  Everything is from scratch and custom-designed to your specifications.

Tell me about your packaging. Our cookies are all individually wrapped.  Each cookie comes in its own clear cellophane bag tied with matching curling ribbon.  Custom packaging, such as elegant gift boxes, is available.

Do you ship cookies?  Cutest Cookies uses Federal Express Ground Shipping. Please request an "Arrival Date" that will allow your cookies to arrive a day or two before the event date.  Please call for prices on shipping since it will vary by your location and the size of th order.  Federal Express requires a physical address for delivery, so we cannot be responsible for cookies that do not arrive on time due to an incorrect address or carrier issue.  We take extraordinary care in wrapping and and packaging your cookies and we will make some extra cookies if they are shipped in case of the rare occasion that a cookie may arrive broken.  Regrettably, we cannot offer a return in the unlikely occurence of a broken cookie.  If your order arrives totally crumbled, phone us immediately and we can assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.  For orders in the local area, pick up or delivery can be arranged.  Orders can be picked up at your convenience at the Carvel Ice Cream Store located in Hylan Shopping Plaza (located in New Dorp).

What methods of payments do you accept?  We accept cash upon delivery or PayPal in advance.  PayPal is a safe and effective way of making a payment online with your credit card and we work closely with PayPal to ensure our client's information remains safe and secure.
